ESOL
Instructor: Jennifer Posgai

Welcome first graders!  I have been working at Kilby Elementary for 6 years.  I began as a first grade teacher, and have been a first grade ESOL teacher for the past 4 years.  I earned my degrees in Elementary Education (grades K-6) and ESOL from Penn State University.  I received a master's degree in Initiatives in Educational Transform (IET) from George Mason University.  I love working with first grade because it is such an important year for children.  Watching them grow as readers and writers is very exciting and rewarding!
